Charles Bancroft

Charles recently retired from Bristol Myers Squibb where he held leadership roles in commercial, strategy, business development, and finance. Charles was appointed CFO in 2010 and CFO and EVP, Global Business Operations in 2016. Charlie successfully steered BMS through a period of strategic transformation, including the recent $74B acquisition of Celgene. Charlie serves on the Boards of GlaxoSmithKline and Kodiak Sciences. He also served as a member of the Board of Colgate-Palmolive Company from 2017 until March 2020.
